EXPERIENCE IN REPEAT SALES / LOGISTICS OF A COMMODITY LIKE FOOD OR OTHER ESSENTIALS IS HELPFUL.  THIS JOB REQUIRES EXCELLENT ABILITY TO HANDLE DETAILS AND DEVELOP TRUST WITH WHOLESALE BUYERS SO THEY WILL FEEL CONFIDENT TO BUY FROM HEALTHY AVOCADO.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact buyers by phone and email, WhatsApp to create a relationship and develop business.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with fresh produce wholesalers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the wholesale market.
• Drive repeat sales through exceptional customer service and product quality.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market demands.
• Collaborate with our dedicated team to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bilingual with minimal Spanish accent. Our customers are both Spanish and English speaking.
• Strong research skills, ability to prioritize and pursue strongest leads. You must have demonstrated the drive to succeed. You will find and develop new accounts.
• You must have GRIT and DETERMINATION.
• Proven track record in commodity sales, preferably in the fresh produce/food sector.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
